Zagros Ahmed
Former Project Manager
Zagros is a former project manager for the Online Activism Institute. Prior to joining CLIME, Zagros served as a case manager for Advocates for Survivors of Torture and Trauma in Washington, DC, where she helped victims from Africa. In her home country of Iraq, she worked as a program director for Kurdistan Save the Children for over five years, where she started a campaign for street children in northern Iraq in cooperation with UNICEF and the Board of Education. Zagros has a BA in Sociology and Anthropology. She has also attended the Women's Campaign School at Yale University. Zagros is fluent in Arabic, English and Kurdish.
