Center for Liberty in the Middle East 

CLIME is a Washington, D.C. based registered 501(c)(3) non-profit non-governmental organization which supports individuals and groups in the Middle East that promote democratic values of liberty and tolerance.  By supporting the work of democratic activists, CLIME advocates peaceful transitions to political systems in the Middle East that protect individual liberties, enable a higher level of political participation, and respect ethnic, religious and political diversity.  CLIME conducts training to help activists improve their grassroots outreach, communications and advocacy skills, and educational projects to deepen understanding of liberal democracy.
