Khalida Mahadin is an activist in the field of women's development in Jordan, and works to empower women economically and socially so they can be more independent. In order to reduce unemployment among women in Karak and help these women take advantage of job opportunities in Amman, she helped create safe women's housing in the capital city. She worked with the Falcon Tower Association to provide support for women working in Amman. She is a member of different women's groups, in addition to the Arab Organization for Human Rights.
